I’m still on vMix 23.

Today, after not live streaming for a while, a started setting up for a new upcoming job.
For external output, I am using an AJA iO XT. The iOXT shows up in vMix settings for external output as iOXT output 1 and Output 2 (as it has 2 outputs) and I can select SDI or HDMI. When pressing the external output button to turn it on, I get ‘external renderer not found’.

If I go to the AJA control panel for the iOXT I can see that it is connected to the system and get the message ‘in use by vMix’ so vMix is definitely seeing it but I can’t get an image out of it and external output in vMix will not initiate.

Anyone had this issue or have any suggestions I can try?

Don't know about AJA, but a common issue with Blackmagic I/O cards is, that one had already added a port as an INPUT, and then tries to use the same port also as an OUTPUT (still happens half a year or so to me... ;)

Thanks for the reply but I don’t have any of the AJA devices sdi ports set as inputs.
