Please I am a bit confused with external and stream tab. Do I have to press the stream tab after I have done the external output setup for calls like Google meet and Zoom or I don't need to use the stream tab?

External and Stream have different functions. NO, you don't have to press the STREAM tab unless you are STREAMING to a CDN. STREAMING to FACEBOOK, YouTube, and/or TWITCH you will need a URL and STREAM KEY
