Hi Everyone, I have reached out to Skaarhoj support but I am wondering if anyone here has experienced anything similar?

I have recently purchased a Skaarhoj tally system and it works great. However, I have a show next week that requires a Mix 2 input to control the display of some on-stage screens.

As soon as I add the Mix Input the Tally lights stop responding. As soon as I close the Mix Input they work fine.

Not sure if it’s a Skaarhoj issue, a vmix issue or possibly an operator issue 🙃

I’m running the latest build of vMix 24.

Hey, just following on from this. The Tallys are responding to the output of mix 2 correctly.

Is there a way I can make them respond to the main mix (Mix1) rather than mix 2.

Hope someone can help?

So as a resolution I have created a third mix to mirror mix one and then duplicated the shortcuts for the inputs that need to tally and then got the first set of shortcuts to trigger the shortcuts for mix three.
All working but if anyone has a more elegant solution I am all ears.

Hello, I had the same problem with my controller and vmix. TH eonyl solution that I found is to use the vmix 2.0 device core, you wont have any problem with the tally, plus there is a Tally command in vmix 2.0 vmix2-tally.png (102kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

You can find it in the device core vMix 2.0 in your skaarhoj configuration.
