IBM Video Streaming allows you to stream live video with multiple audio tracks:

This is achievable when encoding with Wirecast as you have the ability to send audio-only streams by removing the check from the "video encoding" check-box in the output settings.

It would be great if Vmix had the same option.

There are different audio buses A-G. Those can be configured to have different audio inputs. You can then configure which bus you want to use for your four video outputs. I'm not sure this is what you are looking for but it could do the trick. For example, you could have the same video on each of the four outputs but a different language... Bus A= English bus B=Spanish.
