Full screen diagnostics page and with an NDI output.

This would be a full screen output that give you all of what is happening inside of the Vmix machine.

Latency
Dropped packets
CPU usage
GPU usage (Memory, Encodes, Cores)
Ram
NDI diagnostics
SRT diagnostics
Audio issues (red line)
Vmix call stats
