10gig ethernet, 20+ cores, and hotswap drives?

I haven't heard of people having spectacular results multicording NDI streams. And NDI-HX is not supported for multicording in vMix.

Have you considered NewTek's Isocorder Pro? If you have the hardware (they recommend 8 hard drives for 16 streams) it should be more reliable than vMix for recording NDI streams, since that is what it was designed for.
