Cannot Hear Callers on VMX Call Unless They Are on Output Feed

My VMix call feature itself works great and I have two-way audio working fine.
The problem occurs when I throw an image up on my output feed on the right-hand side. My callers can still hear me, but I can't hear them. When I switch back to Vmix call on the right-hand side I can hear them just fine. I need a solution that I can always hear my callers despite what image is displayed on the right-hand side.

Check your "Automatically mix audio" settings.
