I was having some windows related lockups so I decided to blow everything out and reinstall fresh. The system - i7 8 gen - 32 gb ram - Nvidia 1060 6 GB has never dropped frames.

Now with a new windows install, new Nvidia Drivers and brand new vMix, I am getting massive CPU/Disk drops- even with only two blank inputs open. Whats more, if I switch over to MP4 High 50MBPS I get no drops at all even while recording a 2k video in 1080.

Any thoughts?
