Looking at this in manual.
If connecting from obs with SRT and i have latency in set to 700 would i need to add ?latency=700000 to srt address set in obs to match i.e srt://ingest.xxxxxxx.com:10000?latency=700000

Latency in all SRT programs is in milliseconds, so 700 should be the value on both sides, not 700000
