Hi,

We currently use Mediashout at our church to run the projectors and stage monitor. We use NDI to send the stage monitor to our streaming PC for lyrics during the worship. When we first set the system up, NDI worked great, every time we moved to another slide, the stage send would update on vMix.

About 3 months ago, the NDI started having issues where it would only transition in vMix every 2nd slide, or when we moved the mouse over the screen. If we brought up a website on the screen it would show fine (probably due to the motion on the screen), but the static images that would send from the stage display when we changed slides would not refresh every slide.

If we open NDI Monitor on the streaming PC, it updates every slide, but only in vMix it stalls every other slide, or until we move the mouse over the screen. We thought the issue might be with Mediashout but because we are receiving the correct signal on the NDI Monitor it seems the issue is in vMix.

Any options we can look at in vMix to fix this issue?

NDI, vMix, and Mediashout are all updated to latest version.

Thanks!

Same problem. If I am on slide 1 and click to pass at slide 2 it happened only on power point pc. Nothing in Vmix. If I click again now slide 3 appears on both pc.
It seems that ndi transmission work one time yes, one time no.
Ideas? Solution? Please...
