Hey guys, I installed the latest version of Elgato Stream Deck software (version 4.9.2.13193) and it immediately stopped working with vMix -- displaying the yellow triangle with an exclamation point whenever I pushed a button. vMix didn't "find" any key presses when I tried to make new shortcuts. Non-vMix buttons still worked fine. I removed that version, found version 4.8.2.13041 and installed it and everything is good again. Just wanted everyone to know!
I'm running vMix v23.0.0.67 on Win10

Hey Geoff.
I've just had the exact same thing happen to me with the same versions.
Thanks for posting your solution, it worked for me too.
Cheers

I take it back :(
I've managed to remake all my shortcuts with the streamdeck and some of them work and some of them don't.
What a pain! No confidence on being able to run the show on a solo basis.
Oddly my other machine which I'm upgrading from has the new 4.9.2 version and it is working perfectly.
Both with the same 4K version of Vmix 23.0.0.68
So the one I am trying to get to work is running 4.8.2 Streamdeck and although the exclamation mark has gone, the functionality is wobbly.

If you're using a stream deck, I highly suggest using Bitfocus Companion instead of the native Stream deck software.
It is far more powerful and way more flexible

Thanks for the feedback.
I resolved it in the end by re-installing vmix and everything now works as it should.
Cheers
