We use an XBOX controller to adjust shots on our system. We have two PTZ cameras, using PoE to being in the video. It works very well for us with the exception of when we use our XBox controller. It works well for a little bit, then the camera on the preview window starts tilting straight up. I can get it back to a preset easily, but then the XBox controller does not work at all. Everything else is working well.

We started with an aftermarket controller, then tried a true XBox controller with the same results. I am not sure if this is a VMix problem or something else. Just looking to see if anyone else had this issue and has a fix for it. Thanks!!

I double checked and PTZMoveStop is set up on the center of the joystick/pad. We used the XBOX template that VMix has in the program and did not change anything. Thank you for your response!
