Hi
We've just started having a serious problem with Chrome's echo cancellation. The sound quality is really bad, early Skype standard.
If we use advanced.vmixcall.com and switch the echo cancellation off the problem goes away but there's no way to switch it off using the normal vmixcall links - as far as I know.
We've replicated the problem on a PC and two Macs using latest versions of Chrome - 88.
We don't have the same issue with Safari or Firefox on Mac.

I have two big events over the next couple of weeks and this could wreck everything as I won't have the opportunity to get everyone to instal Firefox!

Anybody else having problems? Any idea of a fix?

Just checked Firefox on PC and that's fine too. It seems to be a new Chrome problem.
