We use Youtube to stream some of our events. The stream video and sound is good in vMix.

However, some people cannot hear the sound garbled and other people can hear it just fine.

For example, using smartphone devices works fine, but sometimes it will not on them.

The same goes for Ipads and computer desktops.

I'm wondering if I need to change the settings on vMix and this might fix the problem.

Thank you.

Update and Solution:

My audio system has an XLR device. I also have 2 audio channels.

The problem was that one of my channels was not leveled. Devices with 2 speakers couldn't hear, but devices with only one speaker(mono) were able to hear no problems.

Because of the mismatch, they canceled each other and that's why I have the problem.

I'm disabling one channel when I stream and people can hear no problem.
