Audio Plugin Saturation Knob

Does anyone have much experience with running VST3 audio plugins in Vmix?
I'm trying to use Softube's Saturation knob plugin but I cannot get it to work.
Vmix is able to import the plugin and the plugin UI appears however when you enable the plugin, there is no audio throughput no matter the settings on the plugin UI.
We are trying to improve our live music streaming and it would be nice to have a saturation effect on our drums and bass.

I use several VST3 plugins without issue. I know 24.0.0.47 and 24.0.0.48 had some issues with VST3 that were fixed in 24.0.0.49. Are you using the latest version?
