Wit it work with Vmix?

I´ll elaborate.... we are moving to have 2 coexisting systems, a new Vmix on one side, and an existing ATEM already connected to the GPI and Tally Interface.

Both of them will not ideally be used at the same time, but will be used in the same studio. can this happen? if this happen but it will work with Vmix ......is it possible to automate something with the streamdeck/central control to disconnect/connect the Tally interface on the Vmix side to not interfere with the ATEM side.
