Ok I have Vmix up and running and are loving it.

There seems lots of options and codecs for recording.

At this point my end product is Dvd but soon I know supplying sports and dance clubs Usb is where its heading.

What are the best options for creating Native recording(please tell me all best settings) and can Vmix record more than one file, so therefore a file that's native and at highest possible bitrate plus one that's for Usb delivery.

Thanks

Martin Duffy

I've found the free GoPro Cineform codec to be the most versatile in both vMix and post.

If you record in as high a quality as your hardware and storage will allow, you can always re-render this after recording to a lower quality or different codec if required - you can never increase the quality in post prodcution!
