API AddInput Colour not working - it will always generate a black input

I don't know what I am doing wrong, my URL is this

http://192.168.0.193:8088/api?Function=AddInput&Value=Colour|#AAAAAA

no matter what color I try, it always gets me a black input.

Try ..../api?Function=AddInput&Value=Colour|255,87,51 instead of #FF5733
