Character pop out on screen when draftingWhen a player selects a character on a game that requires drafting like DOTA 2 and League of Legends, how do they have their character come out and do certain animations when a character is picked in the game. For example like this:

I think he does. Just looking for general graphics help. The graphics system they use is definitely more complex than GT Designer.
That said you could have an animated GIF file name you place in excel and have it fly that in.
