Logitech C920 Webcam displays nothing

Can anyone help me please, my webcam just shows black screen.. when added as input in vMix, but outside vMix the webcam is working well.

Make sure to use on of the supported resolution and framerate
Also you might have selected a bad video format (or it defaults to a bad one), so try to change it. Also not all resolutions/framerates are supported per video format, MJPEG and H.264 will work at 1080p30

One more answer here. Make sure the webcam isn't open with another program when using it on vMix. If you have it open already in, for instance, the Logitech software, vMix won't be able to display it.
You can only use the webcam with one program at a time.
