Need Help With Church Live Stream setup

I'm new to Vmix and not tech savvy however my church selected me to setup a live stream system and I need some help.
For inputs, we are using a Mevo camera in webcam mode for video over USB and we are using multiple microphones with input eventually into a Presonus AudioBox which has audio out over USB (https://www.guitarcenter.com/Presonus/AudioBox-USB-96K-25th-Anniversary-Edition-Audio-Interface-Black-1500000328631.gc).
For output we want to stream to Youtube and Facebook but we also want an HDMI output.
The system we are planning to use is outlined below:
-Ryzen 5 3600
-Nvidia GTX 1660
-16GB of RAM
Any help, tips, etc... would be appreciated. I really don't know where to start. I'm reading through the guides currently but can't find anything on the USB audio feed spliced into a webcam feed and then live streamed.
