I have started having a thin black line along either one or the other border when using a green screen. I reduced GPU load down to 45% to see if I was asking too much of my computer, but no luck. I noticed it a few weeks ago. So far if I move the inserted key image left or right up or done, I can make the one or both of the lines become thinner, but always present. I first noticed it on one of my broadcast shows, where the line was on the left side the screen of a camera insert. It was probably along the bottom, but I had the insert low down on the target image. I'm really stuck here. I'm in over my head on this one. I only get this line behavior within vMix, and not during zoom or google hangouts using my screen.

Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix? It does not come and go.

During my recent tests, the CPU was at 4%-10% and GPU at 52%.
This is my music production computer retrofitted with a new GPU (see below) to get me thru the pandemic. Up until a month ago, I didn't seem to have this problem. I have probably upgraded.

vMix HD - 23.0.0.60 x64
Compaq Elite 8300 tower, Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7 4 Core, 16G Ram, AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 4G - pushing 3 monitors (all HDMI outputs). I use my living room television (3rd monitor) as a confidence monitor, just to check what I'm sending out, since it's only me doing it all.

UPDATE - Temporary Remedy: I don't know if this is a bug, but I just found out, if I CROP the original source under input settings, main, (check the crop box), I can hide the lines (I have to have a green screen insert viewable), the problem is masked anywhere I overlay the original input. This behavior may have started after an update, but I didn't notice. See examples below.

Thanks,

Robert (examples below)

Here the line is along the left behind me. As I mentioned it is also probably below, but our of frame.

LIVE VIDEO
This is a broadcast without the line in my insert.

This is a broadcast WITH the line a month or so later. Look at the window (behind me at the lamp) left side vertical. Same camera, ram, GPU card, etc.

Hi Robert,

This is most likely happening because of your capture hardware. I’m guessing you are zooming your image out and that’s why you are seeing the line.
