vMix Social 'send to screen' latency

This has been happening for the last few shows and its driving me nuts.
So I am monitoring the vMix Social on a PC laptop.
vMix is running another network machine.
I'm using a Gigabit switcher.
The social comments come in to vMix social fine.
If I 'send' them to broadcast they seem to take up to a minute to show on screen.
If I 'send the to queue' it is instant, however once again when I send to broadcast it can take up to a minute to show.
What could be causing this delay? Firewall? If so on which machine?
Where do I look to track down this cause behind this issue?

Do both computers share the same IP address range ?
Does the same delay occur if you try to use any of the WebController features, like Tally or the remote switcher ?
