Add activators available to any shortcut command - If there's a shortcut for a function then there should be an activator

The description says it all, if we can assign a shortcut then we should be able to assign an activator. Example is we use multiple outputs and often we send different sources to these outputs and currently when something is sent to External2 there is no activator to show this has been selected specifically for External2
