I have a small setup where the cameras are generic 1080p webcams (to start anyway).
As with most webcams, the auto focus is horribly aggressive and rapid. I can disable it with external apps or in the advanced filter properties in vMix, but that does not persist through reboots. I guess those properties are not stored and are manual only.
I can't have the users going through settings to re-disable it. Is there any way to have vMix disable it automatically as part of the profile?
I'm in the process of trying to find a way to do it via a command line either at reboot or part of a startup script for vMix, but no success locating a way yet. I write some stuff in vb.net, so I may be forced to roll my own but don't really have the time.
