Have a panel with active cameras / audio (you get to choose which one??) and sliders that allow you to sync the audio and video latency
between cameras quickly say my putting a sync video in fron of all of them. The slider auto move the rest of the sliders so the relative timing remains the same

Not a bad idea. Kind of accomplishable already with a multi-view using all the cameras in question... and going into each camera to change settings.
