I get the following error when trying vMixsocial and Facebook :

Login to Facebook again in vMix Social. Click the Facebook icon and click the Login button at the top.

I keep trying to login with vMix Social to Facebook but it says that the scripts won't run. I can't bring up any comments on my public page like I have been for the past year.

I've watched the videos again. Am I missing something?

Here's the message I get:

Unable to login to Facebook, please try logging in again. Error validating access token: Session has expired on Thursday 06-Jun-19 12:00:00 PDT. The current time is .....
Source: Facebook.Connect

When I try to login it says An error has occurred in the script on this page and give me the URL: https://static.xx.fbcdn....p/v3/yx/r/Wiy_ELPl9Oh.js

Im having the same issue....When I click on the Facebook Logo in vMix Social a pop up windows appears saying "Unable to login to Facebook, please try logging in again. Error validating access token: Session has expired on Thursday, 30-May-19 19:00:00 PDT. The current time is Wednesday, 26-Jun-19 20:31:12 PDT. Source:Facebook.FillPages"

The expired error just means you will need to login again after clearing the cache as per the above.
Facebook will periodically log out users now for security reasons.

Martin, may I suggest a warning in the KB article that clearing the cache may affect other services that the user is logged in to. So afterwards the user is best to check that all cloud/streaming services used for the production works as expected.
