Anyone know if this one works well?

Just saw it pop up on my eBay and am quite interested as it is PCIe x1 unlike most that are x4.

They are also the cheapest I can see for 4ch of HD SDI 1080p 30fps.

eBay listing is here http://www.ebay.co.uk/it...&hash=item5403a9fccb
Says "Offers Full HD resolution quality images with no delay" so I am guessing it has direct show?

One thing that concerns me is the low amount of search results for the device.
I also know that some of the cheaper cards can't capture all 4 channels at the same time.

So anyone tried it?
Here is the manufacture's page http://www.geovision.com...nglish/Prod_GVSDI204.asp

A review at http://www.supplycctv.com/product-p/gv-sdi-204.htm says: "Not a capture card, but a DVR card. Will only work with surveillance software included. Will not work with any other video capture software - not even amcap"

Also, the card does onboard H.264 compression to get the video down to 10-20 Mbps, and that compression process will probably have a delay of about 100 ms or more. The "No delay" claim is very liberal marketing speak.

Aww that sucks, to good to be true at that price I guess :P

Well the next best thing is a SC510N4-SDI then.

Thanks!
