Video not displaying for external camera - Camera works in OBS and the default Camera app in Windows. It just doesn't work in Vmix

I am at at loss. The camera I'm using for Vmix shows up in the camera list, but will not display video. It does however have audio. The video works in OBS and the default Windows camera app. Is there a setting that I missed for Vmix? Thanks in advanced.

It might help if you told us what the camera is, and perhaps shared a screen grab of the vMix Camera input settings?
