Does anyone have a check sheet or problem solving flow chart to help solve vmix callers who cant get in?
I had a session this morning where some people could not get passed a blue screen, or only had audio etc...
Any advice that can be emailed to callers before hand or read through.
Thanks

thank you both. Im sure its been answered before so thanks for patience. It is actually very hard to find the right information when time is not on your side, trawling through hundreds of posts is not always practical.
