vMix error when trying to open fresh install.

I have a new computer that I'd like to test vMix on. This is a fresh install of windows on brand new hardware. When I install using the latest v23 exe from the website, I get the following error when starting vmix: Quote:vMix could not locate the following components. Please reinstall vMix.
vMix Audio Registry
vMix Video Registry
vMix Video 2 Registry I've never had this issue before when installing vmix on a new machine. What am I doing wrong here? Windows 10 19042.630 latest build, all hardware is compatible, or should be. i9-10900K and RTX 3090.

 Here is the window I'm getting when opening vMix after install. I've tried reinstalling, tried using CCleaner to clean registry after an uninstall. Tried reinstalling with Windows Defender disabled, etc.

I reinstalled Windows (and all of my programs ugh) and that fixed the issue. So likely not an issue with vMix and instead of a problem with Windows that only vMix exposed to me haha.
