Hi, I am a new VMix user. I am using a PC system. My 2013 Intensity Pro Capture card image is not showing up when I try and add the cameras. VMix 23.0.0.66 sees the cameras in the drop down menu but none of the settings I try have made the camera's appear. My Intensity Pro cameras are showing up perfectly in my Wirecast software so I know the problem is not with the cameras, capture cards or my computer. My Intensity Pro Card input settings show:

Input: HDMI 720p59.94
Output: Component 1080p 29.97

I tried several combinations but I could not get it to work.

Can someone let me know:

1. Is the 2013 Intensity Pro is compatible with VMix 23?
2. If it is, what settings are do you recommend to make the cameras appear?
