Hello,
I try to live stream one event with Atem mini and Vmix and I got a big problem. Vmix drop a large number of frames. A lot more than it send.
This is a part of a log file:

I have I7 4770 processor, AMD Radeon 470 Sapphire 4 GB GPU

This issue has been discussed hundreds of times already, it's also explained in the vMix Knowledge Base! Please use the search feature in the forum to learn more about it...
It's most probably a bad ATEM vs vMix framerate setting OR a network congestion OR wrong settings for the encoder.
But it requires a lot more information on your setup and settings to know exactly

I try everything and have the same problem. I install new fresh version of Vmix a try to play some video in it a stream to youtube and have the same problem still.
Now I change from ffmpeg to fmle for encoding stream. I will inform if this solve the problem

network congestion is the number 1 reason for such issues...
Try another ISP !

But, I think if ISP a problem, Youtube will in postproduction render that video and later when playback, there will be not a missing frames. I'm afraid that GPU cause problems. I have that problem: Look on 30 minute and after that:
