From time to time we forget to start a recording when we do a livestream. I'm pretty sure that it would be possible to link the stream button to the record button. Anybody got some suggestions how to do this?
When I assign both functions to the same streamdeck key it doesn't activate them together but alternately.

I know just press the record button when you activate the stream, but practice has shown that isn't foolproof.

Hmm, then i mist have done something wrong. Did play around with the triggers.
What do you use as actual trigger? OnCompletion of a designated input start rec/stream etc?

Don't want the trigger it twice and maybe fuck up the stream/recording :)

This is how to do it....I did it by using the same key to start and stop both....
go to 'Settings > Shortcuts> Add> Select the key on the keyboard or whatever you are using, and select the function you want...I always use the same key to start and stop, so I selected 'StartStopRecording', and then repeat, and added 'StartStopStreaming'...so that single key triggers both functions, and you are good to go with a comfortable mind....just test to see if the Record and Streaming buttons light up when you do it.....you can use a single key to trigger as many functions as you want.....
