We've got an issue that it'd be nice to get some help tracing. We recently had a recording where we had two instances of a chroma keyed camera input distort on just the recording.

It did it twice in a 1hr broadcast.

Camera coming in on a magewell Quad HD.

Running on a machine that's pretty close to the 'Pro' reference build.

Recording h.264 1080p@30 7.5mbps

As far as we can tell this didn't show up in the stream just the recording, but we could be wrong on that observation. Attached are screenshots, I added the black bars to hide client logos.


Any ideas on the cause/fix?
