Hello all,

My father and I have been working to launch a podcast and have been learning Vmix 4k to help facilitate the recording. We have 3 Logitech 4k Brio cameras, and we are running Vmix 4k.

When we started recording using the Multicord feature, we noticed that Camera 1 was experiencing visual tearing at random times. Sometimes it is very prominent and occurs frequently, and sometimes it is just a tear on the lower third of the screen. Camera 2 is experiencing video lag, where the video freezes and then quickly speeds up to catch up the video to the correct time stamp. We have updated drivers, and we have updated Vmix, but the issue persist. We have made sure that the Geforce overlay is deactivated. I have included links to camera 1 and 2 below so that everyone can see the issue. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

What format are you recording to with the Multicorder ?

How are the GPU and CPU percentages whilst you are recording ?

If you open the statistics window are you seeing anything in there ?

What are the specs of your machine - and how do you have the webcams connected ? I'm wondering if it's saturating the USB bus, or perhaps is a power issue that might be solved with a powered USB hub ?
