For the last 5 years or so(at least) I've been using vmix to run a 24/7 stream from list files.

The problem I incur is that when loading a 30 day list file (probably about 500 or more) playlist it takes FOREVER for vmix to load the file, so much so that when I use the api to create the input the api times out and returns an error to the browser. If Vix could load the list and then do whatever it is doing in the background it would be good.

Another instance with it is if you have a huge list and you add/remove or reorder (like shuffle or even move a single entry up or down) it takes forever to get control over vmix back.

I believe vmix is rendering the video files in the list input. So my suggestion is that it does this in the background instead of the foreground if possible.
