My cameras have 1080i50 SDI outputs (Interlaced)

My target providers are youtube / facebook (Progressive)

What vMix settings will give me the best livestream picture possible?

Hi.

In my opinion you should set output to 1080P50 (Master Frame Rate) and cameras to 50i.

Frame rate
Content should be encoded and uploaded in the same frame rate it was recorded.

Common frame rates include: 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60 frames per second (other frame rates are also acceptable).

Interlaced content should be deinterlaced before uploading. For example, 1080i60 content should be deinterlaced to 1080p30. 60 interlaced fields per second should be deinterlaced to 30 progressive frames per second.

I can't adjust the camera output, so based on comments

Camera = 1080i50
Master fame = 1080p50
Stream (Youtube) = 1080p25

as elvis already stated, make your project settings 1080p25.
there is no need for a p50 setting, unless your cameras are p50.
