Hi,

Current Setup: 2 video links will be provided to 2 speakers for face focus and 1 more video link will be share to 1 of them for Screensharing. That makes Speaker 1 with 1 video call link and Speaker 2 with vmixcall.com and advanced.vmixcall.com link.

Issue: Echo during the call.

What we have tried so far:
1. Disable the Speaker 2's Share screen AUDIO and only enable SPeaker 2 Focus Face Audio - still has echo
2. Both Speakers are using headphones - still has echo
3. 2 active calls without screensharing - NO Echo but we need Speaker 2 to share screen
4. Tried opening Speaker 2 sharescreen link to a different browser - still has echo
5. Worked with Bus A and Bus B Audio - still has echo
6. (vMix youtube tut) Set Audio Input to Mute headphone - still has echo
7. Use Mobile phone for 1 link and laptop for screensharing link - still has echo

This only happened when 1 speaker has to share his screen.

The only option we haven't tried is installing a vMix software to the speaker. This would be extreme for the speaker to navigate.

Please help.

Oh btw, I have raised this concern to the vMix support. They have shared information but according to them:

Quote:
Please see the advice on our previous emails (making sure tabs are muted in chrome, making sure only one call input in vMix has audio, always using headphones), as we don't have anything more to suggest sorry.

Thank you.

Regards,
Elaidomino
