Noise suppression issue in Microsoft Teams - When sending virtual camera or ndi input you can't play anything with music

I'm experimenting with teams. NDI In or Video in using virtual camera works fine.
When using virtual cable or the ndi input as audio source the noise suppression kicks in when playing music (from for example a video) and you don't hear anything on the other side.
Anybody found a solution how to have an audio input from vMix into Microsoft teams without trigger the noise suppression>
