A lot of times when we get specs from designers, brand guides, etc. they come with particular typesetting. For example, designers often seem to think the whole world is Photoshop and so they do stuff with fonts like custom metrics and text tracking/letterspacing. GT is coming along nicely but would be a lot more useful for us if we could mimic these kinds of vector effects (so we can then use it as programmable text during a show via titles).
