I got a stinger demo mov file. When I convert it, there is just one file, called <name>.indexed.mov . No pngs. Does that mean it didn't have an alpha channel? Thanks,

i can open both mov files in VideoPad and it looks like it has a transparent background..

I was able to use https://ezgif.com/video-to-apng to create the sequenced files, and then follow the rest of Tim's steps.
