Hi,

when setting an in or out point for a videoclip - is it possible to step per frame or only per second?

I don't find a feature to go forward or backward per single frame (or keyframe)....

thanks
tom

Not that I know of. You can cut with an NLE but that is not what you are looking for.

thanks for quick reply!

The difficulties are customers coming along with "a new version" to play in 10 Minutes, but starting after Take xy in the new Version of that clip. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

VideoReDo is a tool to cut video natively. A simple cut (frame acurate) will take you 30 sec from start to end. Not more. Maybe an alternative.

@ etv99

To some extent, this will depend on the nature of your video clip.
In general, mp4 files will not be frame accurate when marking IN and OUT points in vMix, but rather will go to the nearest key frame in the file, which is not always convenient but thatโ€™s just the way it is...
