We just added a PTZOptics NDI camera to our system. The PTZ is powered/connected through a network cable. Our other cameras are connected via HDMI. We receive audio directly from the house mixer. When streaming, there are no audio sync issues with the cameras connected via HDMI but there is with the PTZ. Can the audio delay feature with Vmix be used to delay audio for just the PTZ camera or does the feature delay audio for all camera inputs? We just need to delay the audio for the PTZ by 100ms or so.

That wouldn’t work because then your audio would skip when you switch to that camera. The only really viable solution I can think of is to delay video on the other inputs and delay master audio as well.

Just a thought, but have you tried adding a trigger on the PTZ cam to add the audio delay on 'transition in' and then a similar trigger on the other cams to take off the delay?

Thanks for the replies. We found the issue. It was a minor settings error. Audio and video are now in sync with the PTZOptics camera.

@yangt0720: Can you elaborate on the settings issue, and the fix? I have the same problem. Thanks in advance.

@MichaelB: When adding the input for your PTZOptics camera, make sure to set buffer to 0. Seems like 300ms is default. I also checked the Low Latency Mode box. Those 2 fixed the audio sync issue for us. Hope this helps.
