Looking for advice on issues with a setup multiple call ins vmix's 8 should cover it easily.

on the outbound side I have up to 40 different zoom meetings to send a "pgm" feed to. up to 12 of which my 8 presenters will need to potentially have an off air check in with ... "hey zoom 16 i'm caller 4 i when i'm live for the keynote i'll recognize you for a question"

Thought was to pull all 40 zoom "calls" audio/video out via hdmi-sdi from individual machines send to a sdi router so each feed can be called into a switcher as needed "A follow V. route needed calls to video switcher and fed to vmix sdi capture as needed

Vmix NDI to all 40 zoom calls with PGM audio is plan to send feeds back out

thoughts on audio routing "off air" ?

Thoughts on feedback loop of audio when specific zoom 16 is live to "pgm"

any thoughts on better ways to handle this? fyi no choice on the 40 separate zooms calls.
