Hi . Adrian
I have a problem. I have been using vMix for 4 years and I have been a little out of placed and feel a little handicap in terms of controlling vMix physcially. I want to build a control but where do I start? I want to have 6 cameras, 2 external graphics into the software and 2 for video from vMix and 2 for anything else and the controller must have a T-bar on the board
Any suggestions as to what materials that can be use and should be cheap.

Thanks in advance

This is something I requested many times....a Traditional GUI with a vertical "T" Bar, but it seems that very few of us are willing to ask for it, and is contented with the Horizontal slider that jumps back to the left.....it is awkward to me who is used to a "T" Bar, so I had to look for a quicker way.....I click on "Quick Play", and it does what I want.....but I would like Martin and the vMix team to create a Traditional Layout, yes, with its limitations, so that we can have a choice of Two (2) programs...maybe call it vMix Studio or Broadcast.....but just make it distinct from the present one....still with the features, but just more traditional....

Gentlemen, I'm against the dedicated hard surface mainly because it becomes obsolete very quickly. All that needs to happen is add or change a feature the buttons no longer work or you run out. That's why using the web interface on a touch screen is so perfect. Now accompany that with an external t-bar or slider and you're in control. Just wait ...very soon :-)

Seen it, $2397.00 is a bit much.

Yes, but a software version, even if it comes as a plugin....That would be great.....a software version of this mixer as a plugin, or fully integrated into vMix, and scable, so it can be adjusted and placed any place on the desktop.....similar to vjDirector and similar programs...

We were thinking the same thing. We are currently developing a control surface that will be similar in function but also have additional programmable features. The great thing is that the price point will be much less! We will be releasing more information soon!
