Problem with one client - bluescreen/disconnect

We use vMixCall almost daily with many clients not having any issues, but this one particular client just throws up issues each time, mainly the bluescreen/disconnect. At a bit of an end here with it looking like to them our systems the issue yet they seem to be the common denominator with the issues.
Any suggestions or anyone came across similar problems?
Troubleshooting we have already tried with minimal success in any combination...
- On and off their corporate VPN. - Chrome or Firefox. - Spoken with their Networks, Firewalls and VPN departments and many of their VC sysadmins. - Incognito, not incognito mode. - vmixcall.com and beta.vmixcall.com - Getting the guest to refresh a billion times!
