Hi there
I added an NDI input for a zoom call running on a separate laptop on my network. I can hear all the guests but only the guest attached to the NDI computer is getting to the master audio. All other guests I can hear but they are not getting to the master for the record. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

You'll need to activate and use an additional audio bus

Thank you for the reply. I have followed all these directions. The zoom caller attached to the computer that is coming in via NDI is the only one I can get audio to the live feed. the other guests who joined the same zoom call I can hear clearly in my headphones but I cant get them into the live feed. I can only get the zoom guest who is on the NDI input machine to come through to the record. It's making me mad lol. thanks again

Other than making sure that BusA is Enabled in Settings, I'm not sure what is holding you back. I had a caller who could not use vMixcall from his location, so we ran a test a couple of days ago using a Zoom caller on a laptop then used NDI Tools and vMix Desktop Capture. The other two callers were using vMix Call. Everyone could hear each other.

Do you have vMix Desktop Capture and NDI Virtual Input running?

Thanks again. Yes we're running everything correctly with NDI, Vmix Desktop etc. Its so strange that I can hear them in the zoom call but can only send 1 of the 3 guests to the record feed (audio). I'll try again tomorrow but I'm really at a loss myself as to why this would happen
