Audio SetBalance Activator - some missing activators for audio mixer related shortcuts.

When using a Behringer X-Touch there would be really good with an activator to get the fader ring to show set balance. that requires that there are an activator for balance. there are also a couple of other audio related shortcuts that there are missing activators for too.
