Dear

We would like to produce a live event in an auditorium with the host location being able to watch the video of the vmix Callers on a big screen in the auditorium and being able to interact with them.

How do we manage the audio in case we want to inject the audio of the vmix caller in the loud speaker of the auditorium and having the host speaking at the same time?

You will definitely need a sound engineer familiar with mix minus.

Feed the output from Vmix from a bus (say A) and make sure A active on all the callers but not on the input from the auditorium.

Then feed vmix the mic from the auditorium - minus their feed. That usually means sending an aux pre with VMix fader down.
